Paranormal Experiences at Jamaica Inn with Paranormal Investigator Karin Beasant

Join Karin Beasant in Launceston’s oldest surviving (and rather haunted) public house The Bell Inn for true stories of things that go bump in the night! Karin is a paranormal expert and leader of The Jamaica Inn Paranormal Investigation Team, and she has worked at Jamaica Inn for 11 years, also serving as official historian for the Inn. During that time she has had a multitude of paranormal encounters. Relax with a drink in your hand as Karin regales us with tales of real-life paranormal experiences in Cornwall’s Jamaica Inn. Karin will share some of her stories, before opening up the floor for questions, thoughts and reflections from the audience!

Paranormal Legends on Dartmoor with artist and writer Ethan Pennell

Ethan (alter ego Crow Man Crow) is a Devon-based artist and writer, whose practice draws upon environmental issues, folklore and the Occult. He is particularly inspired and frequently haunted by the eldritch tales of Dartmoor, his local stomping ground. He has become famous as the creative mind behind The Dartmoor Folklore Map, and is currently working on an illustrated book about the moor’s folklore.

Dartmoor abounds with ghostly sightings and supernatural phenomena; Join Ethan as he takes us through some of these chilling tales in Launceston’s haunted The Bell Inn. Ethan will also have a selection of his artwork and (including The Dartmoor Folklore Map) along with him for sale on the day!
